The chorus rehearses September through May on Monday evenings from 7 – 9:30 PM. The Sacramento Choral Society and Orchestra is celebrating its 16th year of performances in the Capital Region with concerts in the Sacramento Community Center Theater, the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, Fremont Presbyterian Church and the Mondavi Center. The SCSO is comprised of over 180 singers from six counties in the Sacramento region. An accountable arts organization since 1996, the SCSO has won numerous awards for its work in the Capital Region.
